The other day I was going through some of my the photos I took while I was in California for the Thor & Delivery Man events a few years ago.  I wanted to show Bubbles some of the holiday decorations that were up at Disneyland then, plus show her Cars Land.

Add a sprinkle of Disney magic to your Halloween party with this Pumpkin Mickey shaped Cheese Ball recipe!

When we looked at the pictures of Jack Skellington and him sitting on the pumpkin, I remembered that sometimes they use a Pumpkin Mickey for decor during Halloween.  The image kind of stuck in my head and fermented there for awhile. Continue reading »

This shop and my Descendants DIY jars has been compensated by Collective Bias, Inc. and its advertiser. All opinions and love for villains are mine alone. #Disney #VillainDescendants #CollectiveBias

I’ve always had a little bit of a soft side when it comes to Disney Villains.  Is it a matter of choice, or are they a product of their circumstances?  I mean, it’s hard to hear the backstory of Maleficent and not feel at least a smidge of sympathy for her.

We have a new tablet that Bubbles is very excited about.  We spend a little time snuggling at night and she gets to use it with me, to play a few educational games, maybe watch a couple of videos.  And once I showed her that we could use it to read some of her favorite books, she was thrilled.

Learning to read with Disney Story Central digital books

Pinterest is, even after all these years, still probably one of my favorite websites.  There are tons of great DIY ideas, tantalizing recipes, and just plain pretty stuff.  There are enough projects there to keep me busy for probably the rest of my life.

Easy Kids DIY Hair Accessory Organizer for hair bows, headbands and hair clips. No tools and no glue gun needed! Done in under 15 minutes.

While I usually have the intent of making each recipe or completing each project that I pin, I do keep one board of pins that are for more immediate inspiration.  Things I know, for sure, that I want to try – whenever I get some elusive “free time”.  This kids DIY hair accessory organizer is one of those things.
