I am a member of the Collective Bias®  Social Fabric® Community.  This shop has been compensated as part of a social shopper insights study for Collective Bias and Goldfish Puffs.  All opinions and words are 100% mine.

Finding snacks that the whole family will enjoy can be a bit tough.  This is especially true when you’re talking about a mix of toddlers and teens.  Pureed fruit and vegetable pouches don’t do a lot for Austin and protein bars aren’t exactly appropriate for Bubbles.

Goldfish Puffs at Target - Great Snack for the Whole Family #makeitgopuff

However the other day I was shopping at my second home – Target – and I saw a new addition in the snack aisle.  Goldfish Puffs.  Now, I’ve tried a lot of Goldfish crackers.  I remember eating them as a kid, myself, and with having a toddler they’re a staple in our house.  We buy the original, cheddar, multi-color, graham, pretzel – all kinds, really.  But Goldfish Puffs weren’t something I had even heard of before.  You can see our whole day of shopping at Target. Thank you to Goosebery Patch for providing a copy of Game-Day Fan Fare so we could try some waffle recipes.  All thoughts and words are 100% my own.

I’m kind of in love with waffles lately.  Which some (my parents) might consider odd, because I didn’t care for waffles growing up.  I actually didn’t love pancakes all that much, to be honest.  If I had breakfast, I wanted eggs and toast, maybe some bacon.  But in college on Saturday mornings they had a waffle bar and I started to dip my toe into the world of waffles.  I wouldn’t say I was a groupie, but they were on my radar.

But for the last few months they’ve been on my mind more than ever.  So when I saw that they made waffle plates for my Griddler, I knew it was fate.  After weeks of being out of stock, I finally scored a set and have been a waffle-making machine over the last few days.

Check out this week’s movie news! This summer and fall is going to be full of animated awesomeness (with a little live-action fun thrown in for good measure). There are also some more free printables for you to enjoy.

Exciting Movie News: First Look at Disney's Frozen #DisneyFrozen

There’s finally a teaser trailer and first look images available from Disney’s upcoming Frozen!  I’m excited for this movie as it’s done by the studio that produced both Tangled and Wreck-It Ralph, two of my favorite more recent Disney films. Fearless optimist Anna sets off on an epic journey—teaming up with rugged mountain man Kristoff and his loyal reindeer Sven—to find her sister Elsa, whose icy powers have trapped the kingdom of Arendelle in eternal winter.

Thank you to Kettle Brand for sponsoring this Chip-Crusted Hot Artichoke Dip Recipe.

I love experimenting in the kitchen.  Many times when I try a recipe I’ll try it the way it’s written the first time or two, but then I like to make changes to suit my family’s tastes.  One area that I generally don’t mix things up, though, is when it comes to favorite recipes that have been passed down from family members.

Hot Artichoke Dip is one of those recipes.  It’s something my husband’s aunt makes for every family gathering and it’s delicious.  As in, seriously addictive, can-I-please-just-stand-next-to-the-dish-with-a-spoon kind of good.  So I was thankful when she gave me a copy of her recipe so that we didn’t have to wait as long for the next opportunity to indulge.

I’m pretty sure that my Dad loves Disney almost as much as I do. Starting with our very first trip when I was in 1st grade he went out of his way to make it special for me (much like he went out of his way to make most things in my life special). Later in life, when I left the nest and attended college in Florida, he would drive me down (from Maine) at the start of every school year. He always made sure, though, that we had a chance to swing by Disney before hitting the dorms, though.

So I think he’d very much approve of the below messages from Mike and Sulley and Dusty and Skipper.
