Today I received one of my favorite emails of the new year: the full 2017 Disney movies slate. I am beyond excited at the titles that are coming to the theater this year!

Over the past few weeks, we’ve been enjoying watching Thor: The Dark World Blu-ray/DVD combo pack. I was excited when I found out that we’d be receiving a screener copy of the disc; you may remember that I actually had the honor of walking the Thor: The Dark World red carpet and watching the film at the premier, so I was chomping at the bit for the chance to see it again.
I also was excited that everyone was going to finally get to see the movie I’d been raving about for months. Not everyone had the opportunity to catch it in theaters, so nearly literally as soon as I carried it in the door everyone was asking when we were going to watch it. I was anxious for them to see it and share their thoughts (and I was anxious to see Tom Hiddleston again), so I popped it in the Blu-ray player and we all sat down to watch. Continue reading »

My first trip to Walt Disney World was when I was 6 years old, and I’ve been fortunate to visit a number of times since then; it’s probably my favorite vacation spot on Earth. But as much as I love all things Disney, I never thought that a visit to Disneyland would ever be possible. So when I found out that during our press trip to California the Thor: Treasures of Asgard exhibit in Disneyland was on the list, I was more than a little excited.

You probably heard Jaimie’s name mentioned quite a few times right after the Thor: The Dark World red carpet premiere. It seems that nearly every news outlet was talking about her dress. We didn’t get to see it right away as she was wearing a coat during our interview, but once we arrived on the carpet and had a chance to see it, you can understand why it was being talked about: it made quite the statement. Yesterday I shared with you my photos and experiences from attending the Delivery Man premiere at the El Capitan Theatre. To have had that experience just once would have been amazing! But we were fortunate enough to experience two red carpet events: Delivery Man and Thor: The Dark World.
I felt a bit more like a pro the second night, as I knew more what to expect. It gave me the chance to take more in and look around more.
