I’ve always had a little bit of a soft side when it comes to Disney Villains. Is it a matter of choice, or are they a product of their circumstances? I mean, it’s hard to hear the backstory of Maleficent and not feel at least a smidge of sympathy for her.
When I started to see commercials for Disney’s Descendants I knew I wanted to watch the premiere on The Disney Channel. Fortunately my little Disney “mini me” Bubbles was happy to oblige and we sat down to watch it together. I wasn’t disappointed – it was great! Continue reading »

My friend Emily and I always seemed to find something fun to get into during the summers. Bonfires, taking road trips to Old Orchard Beach, watching Grease while eating take out from the local diner. Even during our college years summers were our time for catching up and having adventures.

Not too long ago the folks at Fibre Craft offered to send us some of their new Creative Hands craft totes to review. They’re recommended for ages 6+ but once I took a look at the kits I decided that Bubbles would be able to complete most of them on her own, and some with a little help.
We received the Zoo 2 Do, Creative Fun Tote, and Paper Pals Bugs & Flowers kits. They were in the house for about five minutes before she couldn’t wait any longer and asked if we could give the Zoo 2 Do a try. So we cleared off her table for a nice, flat crafting surface and sorted the contents. Continue reading »
