When I was younger a meet & greet with Santa was always an exciting day.  Outside of that, though, there wasn’t much chance to have interaction with the Big Guy.  As I got a little older, letters from him started showing up in the mail during the month of December which definitely helped build the anticipation.

Create a personalized Santa Claus video with Portable North Pole

For kids today, though, there are even more magical options.  Recently I was introduced to Portable North Pole and their awe-inspiring personalized Santa videos.  So when they offered to provide me a pass to the site and partner on a post so I could share my experience with you, I was excited to see exactly how the process worked. Have you seen Guardians of the Galaxy yet?  Us either!  I’m a little embarrassed (jealous?) that even my parents have seen it.  We’re just waiting for a good time for Bubbles to visit Papaw and Grammy so that hubby, Austin and I can go and see it.

I have heard amazing things about it, though.  My Facebook feed has been full of great reviews and positive comments, and a number of people have even mentioned going two or three times already to see it.  The buzz couldn’t be better!

Marvel’s Captain American: The Winter Soldier is in theaters!  I’m looking forward to my husband and I being able to catch it the next time Ashley is home and takes Bubbles out for a play date.  Marvel movies have long been some of my favorites, and I have heard nothing but amazing things about The Winter Soldier.

If your little aviators are anxiously awaiting the August 9th, 2013 release of Disney/Pixar’s Planes, you may be wondering how you’ll keep them occupied during the three month wait.  Well, never fear!  Disney has just released some awesome free activity sheets and coloring pages that you can print out for the kiddos.

Just click the images below to print and/or download the coloring pages and activity sheets.  Soon you’ll have high-flying masterpieces to stick to your refrigerator!  Bubbles spends at least one or two hours per day “coloring Mama pictures” so I’ve already printed out a few copies of each.  I’m sure we’ll have plenty to mail to Grammie and Great-Grammie, plus to deliver to Papaw and Grammy, Sissy, and Austin.  She loves to share her art!
