The other day I shared my secret about not loving to do the dishes. So meals that require minimal pots and pans and bowls are right up my alley.
My husband and I usually sit down on Sunday afternoon and do a rough meal plan for the week. It makes it easier for me because it cuts down on multiple trips to the grocery store. It also keeps us from saying “so… what do you want for dinner?” 15 minutes before dinnertime.

Enjoying pasta is something that has long been a tradition in my family. My brother even requested that my Mom make her spaghetti for the rehearsal dinner for his wedding and my Gram made her own homemade pasta on more than a few occasions.

We just found out that the weather on Halloween is supposed to be pretty rotten. And by rotten, I mean it’s going to be in the 40s with a 70% chance of rain. There may be a very soggy Elsa by the end of the night.
So before we head out to trick or treat, I’ll be making sure that everyone eats a hot, filling dinner. One of my go-to meals is homemade mac & cheese. It’s Bubbles-approved, and everyone else that has tried it, loves it.
