This graduation gifts guide is brought to you by Microsoft and SocialMoms. All thoughts and words are my own.

Graduation season is in full swing and will run for the next couple of weeks. Having three graduates in our immediate family – Austin graduating from high school and Ashley graduating from college, and one of my brothers graduating from college, also – graduation gifts have certainly been on my mind.

All of our graduates are in different stages of life which can make it a little harder to come up with just the right gift.  If you’re in the same situation, I’ve put together a gift guide for you to hopefully make it a little easier for you!

Graduation Gifts for the College-Bound

Graduation Gift Ideas: Graduation Gifts for the College Bound

If your graduate is heading off to college, one of the first things they’ll need is a computer.  If you’re going this route, can I suggest a laptop?  When I was in college everyone was still mostly taking notes with a pen and paper, or the occasional voice recording stick, but now a lot of people like to just type them up on their laptop. So, Father’s Day is a little over a week away. Eek! Between graduations and everything else we’ve had going on around here, it kind of snuck up on me.

Gift Ideas for Dad #GreatestDad

Fortunately, it’s Best Buy to the rescue again. They have gifts for those who like tech, guys who like to entertain – everyone on your list.  One of my favorite gift suggestions for the Gizmo Guru is the new Amazon Fire TV.  It has built-in WiFi and lets you connect to things like Hulu, Pandora, and Netlfix, while also letting you play games like Minecraft-Pocket Edition.  A seriously cool toy for under $100! I couldn’t believe it when I looked at the calendar today and realized that Mother’s Day is less than two weeks away.  I was trying to figure out where it fell between the Derby party and Ashley’s graduation, and it snuck up on me.  Hubby asked what I might want this year, and I hadn’t even had time to think about it!

Foodie Gift Ideas in the Mother's Day Gift Guide from Best Buy #GreatestMom

I started checking out the Mother’s Day gift guide on Best Buy’s website to get some inspiration.  You can choose a collection of gifts based on personality: entertainer, foodie, fitness fanatic, adventurer, and on-the-go.  If you’re not exactly sure what you’re looking for, you can also choose the “all types” option and see everything listed out. This is a sponsored post on behalf of GlobeIn. All thoughts and words are my own.

I’ve mentioned a few times before how much I love subscription boxes.  It might be one of my favorite concepts in recent years.  It’s kind of like buying a grab bag at a sale – you don’t know what’s going to be inside, but you’re excited to find out.

GlobeIn Subscription Boxes Filled with Artisan Crafts

One of the newest subscription boxes that I’ve recently become aware of is GlobeIn.  GlobeIn boxes are filled with unique artisan crafts from all over the world that are then delivered to your door once a month.  Each box contains up to three specially handcrafted items, and you get to pick the category: jewelry, decor, or home accessories. I received Eiffel Tower Jewelry as inspiration for my post. All thoughts and words are my own.

There’s always at least one person on my list each year that is kind of hard to shop for.  Whether they’re the person that has everything, or they say they don’t need anything, or the kids are kind of at an in-between age where they’re too old for toys but too young for just clothes and “adult” stuff.  You still want to get them something memorable and special, but what?

My mother-in-law sometimes falls on that “what do I get her?” list.  Sometimes she’ll mention something new she’d love to have, and that’s helpful.  Other times I sit and think and think and think and still come up dry.  But not this year!

Korbella Eiffel Tower Jewelry Made from Pieces of the Actual Eiffel Tower

My in-laws love to travel and last year they did a tour and cruise in Europe.  One of the places they had the chance to visit was Paris, France.  They even brought up back a beautiful candle that commemorates the building.  So when I found Korbella, a company that makes Eiffel Tower jewelry, I knew it would be the perfect gift for my MIL.
