Growing up, I was really never into boxing.  I have two younger brothers; I saw all the fighting I needed, live and for free.  All of my brothers friends, though, would call them up and say “hey, there’s a fight tonight, want to come over and watch?”.  I thought maybe it was just one of those guy things I’d never understand.

When I was in college, however, people would hang out in the main lobbies where the big TVs were housed.  It was here that I was introduced to the sport of mixed martial arts fighting.  To me, this was different than just beating each other in the face (though there’s some of that) and I really enjoyed it.  I even ended up taking a semester of karate. Growing up my family cooked out often.  My parents, brothers, Grandmother & Grandfather, Aunt, Uncle, and my Aunt & Uncle’s kids were always getting together for a holiday, birthday, celebration, or just because it was a nice day.  One thing that always sticks out in my mind about those gatherings was my Gram always ate last – and not just because she was always making sure everyone had enough on their plates.  She liked her burgers well-done – so well-done my Grandfather always teased her about eating charcoal – so hers took the longest to cook.

These would make a great Father’s Day gift for next year but I think they would also be the perfect gift from the bride to the person walking her down the aisle. From the men I spoke to over the weekend, they all agreed that having a special photo of the two of them slipped into these cufflinks for them to wear on the big day would be a perfect little touch.

Photo Software to Make Personalized Photo Cufflinks

This kit honestly could not be easier to use.  To start, load the included software CD so that you can edit your photo and then shrink it down to size.  To do so: Continue reading »
