This is a sponsored conversation about cream filled cupcakes is written by me on behalf of International Delight. The opinions and text are all mine.

One of summer’s greatest pleasures is ice cream.  It’s cool, creamy, refreshing, and – most importantly – delicious.  And now International Delight is helping you take your love for ice cream someplace unexpected – your coffee cup.

The International Delight Cold Stone Creamery line of coffee creamers is now available in three new flavors: Hot for Cookie, Founder’s Favorite, and Churro Caramel.  When I saw them at the store I had a hard time deciding which one to try first, but the swirl of whipped cream topping those cookies looked so good that I had Hot for Cookie had to be my first selection.

After getting it home and trying it in my morning coffee (delish!) I started to think about other ways to enjoy that yummy, melty ice cream flavor..  And then I thought – what goes better with ice cream than just about anything else?  Cake, of course.  And the whipped cream from the bottle gave me an idea.  I love to make cupcakes with a little surprise in the middle, and wouldn’t the surprise of an ice cream cookie sundae when you took a bite be a great one?

There are lots of yummy treats during the Christmas holidays.  Cakes, cookies, brownies, cheesecakes and more.  I love to make a wide variety of them, but they can take a little time to bake and assemble.  So what can you make when you have guests on the way or when your kids remind you that they need to take a treat to class in an hour?

Try making these yummy marshmallows.  With colored candy coatings and festive sprinkles, they look like the gourmet marshmallows you buy from confectionery stores but are low-cost, quick and easy to do.

This post is part of a social shopper marketing insight campaign with Pollinate Media Group® and All You, but all my opinions – and experiences with the angel hair pasta recipe – are my own. #lifeforless #pmedia http://cmp.ly/3/8vNxcO

I’m not sure if I’ve mentioned this before, but I’m kind of crazy for magazines.  I like all kinds of magazines: women’s, cooking, home decor, decorating, DIY, parenting, family, photography, local, holiday, even some fashion.  When I shop I always take a few minutes to browse the magazine racks and aisle to see any covers that jump out at me or any new publications that interest me.

Recently I was shopping at Kroger and I had a bit of a magazine surprise.  I found a display of All You!  Previously All You had only been available on the newsstand at Walmart.  But now, happily, it’s at Kroger (and other stores, too, I hear).

Thank you to Kettle Brand for sponsoring this Chip-Crusted Hot Artichoke Dip Recipe.

I love experimenting in the kitchen.  Many times when I try a recipe I’ll try it the way it’s written the first time or two, but then I like to make changes to suit my family’s tastes.  One area that I generally don’t mix things up, though, is when it comes to favorite recipes that have been passed down from family members.

Hot Artichoke Dip is one of those recipes.  It’s something my husband’s aunt makes for every family gathering and it’s delicious.  As in, seriously addictive, can-I-please-just-stand-next-to-the-dish-with-a-spoon kind of good.  So I was thankful when she gave me a copy of her recipe so that we didn’t have to wait as long for the next opportunity to indulge.
