If you happen to be in the Orlando area, I also highly recommend the Living With the Land boat ride/attraction at Epcot. It’s one of my favorite rides at Epcot; having come from a farming background, I really find all the innovation in hydroponics and other sustainable activity to be very interesting. Kids will love seeing the Mickey-shaped fruit and learning more about where their food comes from.
