Thanks to US Family Guide for providing Thomas the Train Tour tickets for our family.
Bubbles enjoys watching Thomas the Train and so I was excited to find out that the Go Go Thomas Tour 2013 would be making a stop at the Kentucky Railroad Museum. It’s not too far from us and it would be our first time riding a train, too. So we’re planning a day out with Thomas!
The event offers little engineer-hopefuls a chance to have a 25 minute ride with Thomas the Tank Engine and participate in activities such as:
- Meet Sir Topham Hatt, Controller of the Railway
- A Thomas & Friends Imagination Station; featuring stamps, temporary tattoos, hands-on arts & crafts, train tables, and coloring sheets
- Storytelling
- Video viewing and much more
The tour will be at the Kentucky Railroad Museum for two weekends – June 1st and 2nd, and again on June 8th and 9th. Advanced tickets can be purchased online here. The below video will give you additional insight into what a tour stop is like.
