Spring showed itself here recently, with lots of sun and a few warm days. It’s really put Bubbles and I in the mood for fun spring crafts. So we went through my craft supplies and decided to make some clothespin crafts.
Bubbles loves any project that calls for googly eyes so we decided to make some clothespin dragonflies and clothespin caterpillars. We had so much fun with them that next on our list will be some clothespin butterflies, too. Continue reading »

We are so thankful that the weather is progressively getting better and better. We move from snow in March (let’s not think about any more of that) to a very, very, very rainy April. But that old adage is true – April showers have brought May flowers, and with them the opportunity for a lot more outside fun.
It’s been in the 80s for the last few days and according to the forecast that’s going to hold for the rest of the week, too. Some days are even supposed to peek into the 90s. But because this is Louisville, I know that we could wake up tomorrow and it’s 20 degrees out, so I wanted us to get out and have some fun in case the weatherman was wrong. Continue reading »
