There are a lot of traditions that are created and celebrated around the holidays. Growing up, Christmas Eve was always at my Great-Grandmother’s house, where we had the opportunity to see family that we didn’t otherwise see the entire year. Later we moved to having Christmas Eve rotate between my Mom and my Aunt’s house, where everyone had the opportunity to nosh on an eclectic mix of foods from spicy chicken wings to lobster stew.
When I married my husband, I married into a new Christmas Eve tradition. My in-laws always serve a HoneyBaked Ham on Christmas Eve, complete with Hawaiian-style rolls to make sandwiches, plus lots of sides and other appetizers. Before that I had only heard of HoneyBaked Ham, as they weren’t readily available where I grew up in Maine.
It’s definitely a tradition I could get on board with. I mean, HoneyBaked Ham is delicious. It’s produced by company that has been family-owned since 1957. They focus on providing premium and convenient meal options through a selection of main courses, sides, and desserts. Whether you need a mid-week dinner or are catering a fancy party, they have just what you need.
We’re fortunate to have a HoneyBaked Ham retail location just a few miles away. We pop in there for a sandwich or a bit of ham every now and then. The other day we were craving ham, so I dropped in to pick up a ham, some Hawaiian-style rolls, and a side of mac & cheese for our dinner. They have a number of sides and desserts to choose from, as well as a selection of spreads, condiments, glazes, etc. to complete your meal.

Hi Amy – in case you decide to try the ham again, HoneyBaked ham recommends on their website only heating the amount of ham you’re planning to eat if you prefer it warm. They come fully-cooked and smoked, and are best served at room temperature

Besides their ham we love their sweet potato casserole.
