This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of P.F. Chang’s. All opinions are 100% mine.
Prior to moving to Louisville, I had never eaten at a P.F. Chang’s. It’s one of Ashley’s favorite restaurants, though, so just before Christmas that first year here, the four of us all went there for dinner.
P.F. Chang’s has such a beautiful atmosphere. As soon as you walk in you feel like you’re some place special. And while I wasn’t sure I’d care for the menu, as I’m a little choosy when it comes to my Chinese food, I ended up pleasantly surprised.
Now they have added a new Fall Seasonal Menu. We’d of course have to start with the classic Lettuce Wraps. But after that the two new items I plan to order are the Crispy Korean Chicken Wings and the Pumpkin Dessert Wontons.
Right now you can also get a printable $10 off $40 offer on their Facebook page. To access it, you just need to visit The Goodness of Fall Contest P. F. Chang’s is running. Be sure to enter while you’re there. Contestants will create at least 3 unique fall dishes highlighting 3 of the seasonal ingredients.
The ingredient choices include: flank steak, butternut squash, corn, Brussels sprouts, red quinoa, kale, candied walnuts, Chinese broccoli, Asian mushrooms, green apples, daikon sprouts, prawns, Fresno peppers, and scallions. I’m thinking that a Fresno pepper-rubbed flank steak, sliced and made into a stir fry with the Chinese broccoli might be interesting.
Prizes include a daily $50 P.F. Chang’s gift card, plus a grand prize of a 2-night trip for the winner and a guest to Napa in Spring 2014. The grand prize includes an exclusive visit to the guest house at a Napa Valley vineyard where judges Phillip Chiang and Yuji Iwasa will be cooking some of their favorite dishes from the contest. Additional judges include Mary Melton and Jennifer Chong.
