Hallmark Valentine’s Gifts for Kids
When you hear Valentine’s Day it’s natural to think about a spouse or significant other and the flowers, chocolates, and dinners out that may come with the day. But let’s not forget about the kiddos! We tell our children every day that we love them but Valentine’s Day is an opportunity to go just a little further and do something extra-special for them.
What’s more special for your child than to be able to hear your voice whenever they want? That’s exactly the concept behind the “Until We Hug Again” bear and bunny. They’re also great for family members that live in other parts of the country, need to travel over the holiday, or for moms and dads that are currently deployed. The bear and bunny are incredibly sweet and soft and make the perfect vessel for your personal greeting. As soon as Bubbles saw it she squealed “Teddy!” and decided he was her new best friend. I managed to hold on to it long enough to record her a little message and she’s been fascinated to hear my voice every time she hugs him.
We decided to send Teddy to Maine so that Grammie & Grampie could record a message for Bubbles but before we sent him off Bubbles added a greeting for them. Then she decided that she should keep Teddy company. I’m sure my parents would have loved that! She did eventually climb out of the box but she is anxiously awaiting his return.
The Special Delivery Card Presenters for Kids are so fun, too. They make a fun way to share a card, photo, small treat, or maybe even some “Mom & Me” and “Dad & Me” one-on-one time coupons (I personally think those make great gifts!). Once the card or gift is removed they can be kept by the kiddos and store some of their own little treasures.
Hallmark is probably most well-known for their cards and they have one for every Valentine in your life, including kids. The Disney ones are (of course) my favorite but there are tons to choose from. The doggie cupid one melts my heart, too! You may think that especially young toddlers and kids wouldn’t care about the card part, but from my experiences with Bubbles, the card is the first thing she wants to open. She loves taking it out, looking at the images, then showing it around to everyone.
Hallmark and I would love for you to have a gift pack full of goodies for your favorite little one, too. Giveaway closed.
