I had planned to post a few things between yesterday and today, but early morning yesterday Baby C came down with some kind of bug that pretty much freaked me out.  She has literally spit up maybe 5 times since she was born, only has had a fever the day after her shots – you know, generally healthy and happy (we’re very blessed).
Well yesterday morning she was sleeping and out of nowhere she lifted up her head and unloaded.  Easily more in that one occasion than all other spit ups since birth added together.  We’ve just started her on a little bit of rice cereal and I thought maybe it just didn’t agree with her.  So I put the poor thing in the tub to clean up and she spit up again.  And then again.  And then she started dry-heaving and raising up this yellow-looking bile.  That’s when I started to get nervous, as it was a first for her.

She never did get a fever so when I called the doctor’s office they said just to give her some Pedia-Lite and make sure she stayed hydrated.  Fortunately a couple of hours later she seemed to feel better and by last night she was smiling and playing again.  She didn’t sleep all that well and didn’t want to be too far from her Mommy today so I was limited to what I could get done.  She’s doing much better tonight, though, thankfully!  I’m feeling pretty confident that I’m going to be gray by the time I turn 40, though.

So sorry if I missed sharing any great deals today.  But starting tomorrow I have about a half-dozen reviews and giveaways to start getting posted for you – and you’re not going to want to miss them (spoiler alert: one of them is for an awesome gift basket from GourmetGiftBaskets.com!).

By the way – I missed out on the Target toy sale.  Did anyone get to go and score anything great?
