This is a partnered post brought to you by HomeZada. All thoughts and words are my own.

There is a lot that comes with owning or living in a house.  You have to store all home documents like a mortgage or rental agreement, insurance papers, and warranties and contacts for any work you’ve had done or are in the process of completing.  Plus there’s a lot of upkeep for landscaping, appliances, and the inner workings of the house itself.

It can be hard to keep track of it all without making your head spin, or without something going missing or you forgetting to do something.  I’m an extremely organized person and can lay my hand on pretty much anything you could think to ask for, but even then it usually means rummaging through a bin or box to get to what I need.  Wouldn’t it be nice to have it all online in one spot?

HomeZada Getting Started Guide Walks You Through The Documentation Process

I think so, and so does HomeZada.  HomeZada is the digital hub of information for your home.  It’s where you can upload documents, manage alerts and so much more.  They even have an app so you can access your home’s information on the go.

Let’s start with the documents.  You can upload any documents related to your home which gives you a digital copy you can access for quick reference plus gives you a backup in case something happens to the originals.  You can also upload photos, which I love, because now you can create an inventory of everything in your home and support it with the photos.  This is great for making insurance claims if, say, your pipes burst and soak everything in your house.

HomeZada Provides Home Maintenance Lists, Tracks Finances and Projects, and More

HomeZada also provides an automated home maintenance schedule that will alert you to tasks that will help save you money and potentially increase your home value.  With over 150 lists that remind you to do things like vacuum vents, change filters, and cleaning refrigerator coils, you’ll always be on top of the little tasks easy to overlook.  You can also add your own recommendations and have the calendar synced with other internet calendars and also share with other family members (delegate some of those jobs!).

HomeZada Provides Automated Maintenance Reminders

And if you’re planning a remodel, you can use HomeZada to help with that too.  You can track your purchases, create project templates for budgeting, even save your online and offline product research.  As you make purchases, you can go in and update that home inventory list so you don’t miss any part of your new projects.

You can sign up for a free account that gives you access to many of these features.  They also have a subscription plan for $5.95/month that gives you full access to all of these and more, including the ability to manage multiple homes.

Which HomeZada feature do you think you’d use most?
