When we started discussing the possibility of a move to Maine, the major point of conversation was the winter weather. While my husband does prefer cooler temps over being hot, he wasn’t entirely sure that he would be able to get on board with -30°F temps.

Snow days can pop up unexpectedly and it’s nice to have some quick and easy activities on hand to keep the kiddos busy.  This Build Your Own Snowman printable will keep them occupied until the snow stops and they can head outdoors to play.  Just click the image below for a printable version.

There are lots of ways to keep the fun going, too.  You can attach them to magnetic sheets and cut them out so they can stick them on the fridge or a cookie sheet.  You could also cut them out and laminate them; they’ll be durable for multiple uses and kids could even color on some of their own additions.
