Fans are already buzzing about the Starz Outlander series.  Have you had the chance to check it out yet?

If not, you really need to. You can even watch a sneak peak on three screen types thanks to Time Warner Cable.  So there’s no excuse not to enjoy at least a little Outlander love.

As I shared a couple of weeks ago, I had the chance to preview the first two Starz Outlander episodes.  At that time I promised no spoilers, but now that the series is in full swing, I can share a bit more of my thoughts and opinions on what I’ve seen so far.

First I have to say, one of the unexpected “characters” of the show is definitely the Scottish countryside.  It really helps immerse you in the time period.  When the sun comes peeking through the trees or you see the fog and mist rolling across the hills, you really feel like you’ve been transported right along with Claire.
