When it comes to dips, I don’t limit myself to just chips. That’s not to say that I don’t love a good chip and dip, because I do. But I also like to dip chicken strips, fries, onion rings, pizza, and if the sauce or dip is particular good, a spoon.
Hubby has been craving onion rings lately. They’re not something I’ve ever made before, though my Mom made homemade ones frequently when I was a kid. Instead, I just picked up a bag of Alexia Crispy Onion Rings when I was shopping at Walmart the other day. Far easier and much less messy than homemade, for sure, something that has extra merit on game day when you’re trying to feed a crowd. Continue reading »
