I received a sample from KidzCanDesign in exchange for sharing this information with you. All thoughts and words are my own.

If you look at our refrigerator, it’s easy to tell that we have a preschooler.  There are a number of drawings and coloring pages stuck to the front of it, and many others grace the refrigerator at Grammie’s house, too.  She produces them much faster than we can keep up with them, that’s for sure.

As this is my first experience with all the “Mama, I made this for you!” drawings, I have a really hard time throwing any of them away.  What isn’t being displayed has been collected into a box to sort through at a future time.  Many of them I’m sure I’ll hang on to until she’s older, as some of them are really pretty good for a 3-year-old.

I received Eiffel Tower Jewelry as inspiration for my post. All thoughts and words are my own.

There’s always at least one person on my list each year that is kind of hard to shop for.  Whether they’re the person that has everything, or they say they don’t need anything, or the kids are kind of at an in-between age where they’re too old for toys but too young for just clothes and “adult” stuff.  You still want to get them something memorable and special, but what?

My mother-in-law sometimes falls on that “what do I get her?” list.  Sometimes she’ll mention something new she’d love to have, and that’s helpful.  Other times I sit and think and think and think and still come up dry.  But not this year!

Korbella Eiffel Tower Jewelry Made from Pieces of the Actual Eiffel Tower

My in-laws love to travel and last year they did a tour and cruise in Europe.  One of the places they had the chance to visit was Paris, France.  They even brought up back a beautiful candle that commemorates the building.  So when I found Korbella, a company that makes Eiffel Tower jewelry, I knew it would be the perfect gift for my MIL. I received a Wantable subscription box in order to facilitate my review.  All thoughts and words are my own.

I don’t wear a lot of jewelry on a day-to-day basis.  When you’re chasing after a toddler it’s a good idea not to have anything that dangles.  Being strangled with a necklace or having your earlobes torn open by a snagged earring isn’t really my idea of a good time.  But though I don’t get to wear it as much as I’d like, I still love a good accessory.

Recently I heard about Wantable.com, a subscription box focused around fashion and beauty.  They actually have two “paths” you can choose from: makeup (full size products) or limited edition accessories.  While I have a serious love for nail polish, I thought it would be fun to go the jewelry route and see just what showed up on my doorstep.
