It was a few months ago that I first noticed a trailer for the new Gifted movie. Instantly I knew it was a film I wanted to see, as I was drawn in by and wanted to know more about the characters and their situation.

Monday night our family was invited to a screening of Disney’s Finding Dory. Bubbles hasn’t been too interested in going to the theater lately, but when I told her we had Finding Dory tickets she was really excited. We love Finding Nemo and she wanted to see the characters on the big screen.
The movie did not disappoint at all. Bubbles came out of the theater talking nonstop about her favorite parts and how much fun she had and when could we see it again. Continue reading »

In the past we haven’t always had some of the movie chains that participate in these kinds of promos. But we do now have Cinemark theaters so we’ll definitely be enjoying some of these films this summer. Continue reading »
Bubbles has been very excited about Valentine’s Day this year. I think part of it is how closely it both follows Christmas and precedes her birthday. It’s just an exciting time of year.
She has been asking what we’re going to do to celebrate Valentine’s Day, and as this is the first year she’s showed much interest, I’m leaving it up to her. (Within reason, of course.) So while that’s unlikely to mean a fancy dinner out for hubby and I, it will mean a lot of family fun for all of us, and I prefer that any day of the week, anyway.
