Grilled Steak Kabobs
  • 1 lb sirloin steak, trimmed of fat
  • cherry tomatoes
  • red, green, and yellow bell peppers, cut into 1" pieces
  • whole button mushrooms, cleaned
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • ¾ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • ½ tsp lemon pepper seasoning
  • ¼ tsp dry mustard
  • 1 T minced garlic
  1. Combine oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, pepper, lemon pepper, dry mustard and garlic in a baking dish. Mix until well-combined.
  2. Place steak in dish; turn once to fully coat.
  3. Cover and refrigerate at least two hours, preferably overnight, turning occasionally.
