Grilled Steak Kabobs
- 1 lb sirloin steak, trimmed of fat
- cherry tomatoes
- red, green, and yellow bell peppers, cut into 1" pieces
- whole button mushrooms, cleaned
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- ¾ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
- ½ tsp lemon pepper seasoning
- ¼ tsp dry mustard
- 1 T minced garlic
- Combine oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, pepper, lemon pepper, dry mustard and garlic in a baking dish. Mix until well-combined.
- Place steak in dish; turn once to fully coat.
- Cover and refrigerate at least two hours, preferably overnight, turning occasionally.
