Parmesan Garlic Knots

  • 1 can breadsticks
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • 2 T grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp minced garlic
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp dried parsley
  • ½ tsp salt
  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Remove breadsticks from can and separate.
  3. Roll each breadstick piece briefly between your hands, giving you a smooth "rope" to work with.
  4. As you would a shoelace, "tie" each breadstick into a knot, tucking the ends underneath.
  5. Melt butter in a microwave safe container.
  6. Mix in remaining six ingredients; stir well.
  7. Using a basting brush, coat each knot with the butter mixture, using about half.
  8. Bake garlic knots for 10-12 minute, until golden.
  9. Immediately brush with remaining butter mixture and serve.
