Football Deviled Eggs

  • 6 eggs
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. vinegar
  • 2 tsp. honey mustard
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of pepper
  • fresh chives
  1. Hard boil eggs and let cool.
  2. Slice eggs in half lengthwise.
  3. Remove the yolks and place in a small bowl; arrange the whites on a serving tray.
  4. Mash yolks with a fork until finely crumbled.
  5. Add the mayo, vinegar, honey mustard, and salt & pepper and mash until combined.
  6. Spoon or pipe filling back into the egg whites.
  7. Cut small pieces of fresh chives to resemble football laces and place on top of the yolk mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.
