There were lots of movies growing up that showed the future and imagined the technology that would, someday, become available. One of the most fascinating to me as a kid was the concept of virtual reality. And now not only do we have VR technology, we have mobile virtual reality.

I’ve mentioned that I really enjoy cleaning and organizing. So when spring cleaning time rolls around, I’m all in without much prodding. Especially if I have new organization supplies or cute rubber gloves to play with.

Lately Bubbles has been soaking up books like a sponge and surprising us every day at just how much she wants to learn – and how much she’s actually retaining. The other day she asked for a piece of paper and her crayons. Ten minutes later she returns with a letter she wrote for Ashley and had actually written out “Sissy” at the top and her own name at the bottom.
I want to keep the momentum going for her while she’s still interested so I’ve been on the lookout for new apps or services that can provide more educational opportunities for her. I’ve been a “gamer girl” for a long time. Console games, PC games, online games – even board and card games. I just love to play.
