Before having a baby, I had a purse that was just that: a purse. It had grown-up purse things in it, like keys, a wallet, my phone, gum, a brush, makeup, and other random things. After baby, though, I didn’t have a purse, I had a diaper bag and it was filled with much, much different stuff.

Bubbles is (thankfully) out of the diaper stage now so the diaper bag has been mostly retired. But the purse I have now is not a whole lot smaller than my diaper bag was. My sister-in-law Abby gave birth to my nephew Jayce a week ago, and let me tell you – she looks great!  Way better than I remember looking – and feeling – after giving birth, myself.  It took quite awhile after Bubbles was born until I felt like wearing anything other than yoga pants and a t-shirt.
