As I shared a couple of days ago, 2015 is all about balance.  And part of the balance, of course, is getting more active.  Whether I’m taking a walk around the block, jumping on our treadmill, or making a stop at the gym, I have a new item that’s going to be in my bag.

Now I have new dry spray antiperspirants from Degree, Axe and Dove.  I like them because they go on easy, are long-lasting (48-hour protection!), and they won’t leave visible residue on your clothes.  Just because it’s workout gear, doesn’t mean I want those tell-tale white marks under my arms, right?

I wasn’t really sure what to expect when I first saw them.  Growing up my Mom had some spray deodorants and there wasn’t much “mess-free” about them.  As someone who already exclusively used Dove Deodorant I figured I’d give them the benefit of the doubt and try the Dove Dry Spray Antiperspirant; it quickly won me over as being a much cleaner option with more wetness protection than those cans of yore.

We – uh, I mean Santa – tucked a can of the Degree Men Adventure Dry Spray Antiperspirant into Austin’s stocking at Christmas, too.  Now that he’s officially part of the Guard and does a lot of PT with them I wanted to make sure he had an antiperspirant that could stand up to the challenge.  Plus the thought of a drill sergeant seeing a streak of white on his uniform?  Well, that just wouldn’t be good at all.

Will you ditch the ick and try dry spray antiperspirants this year?
