I participated in an Influencer Activation Program on behalf of Influence-Central for Jif To Go Dippers. I received a sample to facilitate my review and a thank you item for participating.
We have been on-the-go quite a bit lately. Road trips, day trips, shopping, corn mazes and pumpkin patch visits. And while it’s a lot of fun, preparing and packing for excursions that include a 3-year-old can definitely take a little bit of pre-planning.
I have a “Preschooler Bag” (anyone have a better name for a diaper bag for preschoolers? I’d love to hear it) that I like to keep stocked with whatever we might need: wipes, sunscreen, an extra outfit, books, crayons, small toys, etc. And let’s not forget the snacks. Snacks can make or break an outing, especially if any of your family members have a tendency to get “hangry”.
There are definitely a lot of snack options to consider, and we generally have a variety with us. One of our new favorite snacks, however, are the Jif To Go Dippers. You get a powerful pack of protein (peanut butter) plus the instant gratification of carbs (pretzels). They’re a great combo for when hunger hits whether it’s in the car, at the mall, or while playing in the backyard.
As you can see, Bubbles is a fan, too. She loves the taste (and the dipping); I love that they’re small enough for little hands to easily hold either part, meaning very little mess. I also don’t hate the fact that in addition to the Creamy Peanut Butter there is a Chocolate Silk variety. Because sometimes after a long day, Mama likes to nosh on a pack while catching up on a favorite show with hubby.
Jif to Go Dippers are available at grocery stores nationwide; I’ve found them in both the individual cups as well as multi-packs. If your fall is full of trips to the zoo, picking apples, or even just taking walks around the neighborhood to enjoy the changing fall leaves, be sure to toss in a pack or three.
