This is a sponsored post. I am a Kmart blogger, though all opinions are my own.
You know you’ve made it when you have your own dance. And one of the newest dances out there is the Kmart Layaway Dance. You can check out the dance video below, showing a mash-up of customers all busting out their best Kmart Layaway moves.
I’m sure that most people think about layaway only around holidays like Christmas. But Kmart Layaway is actually available year-round. Whether’s it’s for birthday gifts, graduation presents, or even just to help spread out the cost of a room redo, you can take advantage of it either online or in stores.
Using Kmart Layaway is simple. Pick out the times you want, start with a down payment, make payments every two weeks (online or in store) and take your items home with you after your final payment. Remember that most layaway contracts last for 8 weeks, so you may want to start planning ahead for upcoming occasions.
Something else to ponder. This cold weather will actually (I hope?) be going away soon. So you might want to think about what you’ll need to get your yard or other outdoor areas ready. What about a new grill, patio furniture, outdoor play equipment for the kiddos, landscaping items, gloves, hoses, lots of things!
I really want some new office furniture and organization supplies! I need to hurry and see what Kmart has, we are going to start moving our office and our daughter’s bedrooms around!
I love lay away. Many companies got away from them. They seem to be making a come back. It makes it much easier on the pocket book.
I haven’t used layaway in years. But I have great memories of taking my money to the store every week to buy my barbie furniture! This is a great program.
I’d like to do layaway for a new grill. And some of our Christmas gifts as well, I’d like to get an earlier start this year.
I was so disappointed when I tried to find a Kmart in North Texas when we moved here and there were none! We used to live in South Dakota and I shopped at Kmart all the time. I do shop online there now for the things I like from them, especially gardening items. I’ve never used layaway before, but that’s how my sister purchased my nephew’s crib at Kmart and it was a great way for her to do so!
Layaway is something we’ve never needed to use. When the kids were younger, we thought about it just so we had a place to hide presents. LOL.
I used to love using layaway, our stores don’t do this anymore but I’m happy to see that Kmart does! Noted next time I go!
layaway’s a great way for families to ensure they can get that gift or item they want and not have it sell out from under them!
I have never done layaway but after looking into it sounds really great. I can see many families needing to be able to be able to pay for items over time as well, it’s a useful service.
