3D TVs have become a common purchase for many households over the past couple of years. And the majority of movies being released to theaters now are filmed in 3D, as well. You can even play games in 3D!
The quality of 3D filming has come a LONG way since the first 3D movies were shown in theaters. And 3D glasses have also come a long way. I remember the heavy paper glasses with the crinkly plastic film inserts. Fortunately today’s glasses come in a number of different colors and styles.
We recently had the opportunity to try a pair of 3D glasses from EX3D’s line of eyewear. They’re for my hubby but I tried them on, too, and what I loved right away is that the glasses fully cover your eyes. Many of the glasses I’ve tried on in stores or have worn in the theater end up with the rim of the glasses being within my line of sight and it’s incredibly annoying. These were also a lot more stylish than most I’ve seen. They come in a number of different styles and colors.
They also have pairs for every member of the family. In addition to styles for men to wear in their man caves, they have some fun styles for women, and even a few pairs just for kids!
I was also impressed at the price point on the glasses for the quality that you receive. They’re REALD certified, provide full UV protection, scratch-resistant, and compatible with many major movies and cinemas (Disney, Cinemark, and SONY, to name a few). All of that (and more, see below) for glasses that range between $28 and $35.
I received a product in order to facilitate my review. No additional compensation was received and all opinions, as always, are 100% that of myself and my family.
