Sometimes we all need a little reminder of just how appreciated we are.  Wouldn’t it be nice if all we needed to do to receive that reminder was to look down at the charm hanging around our neck?  That’s exactly what Compliment Charm Necklaces allow the wearers to do!

Monica Strobel is the mom-preneur behind Compliment Charm Necklaces,  available from her website, The Compliment Quotient.  In addition to her inspirational jewelry, she’s also a speaker and author of the book The Compliment Quotient.

Each compliment charm pendant is silver-plated and two-sided.  One side features the compliment message, such as “You are Amazing!” and “You are Beautiful!”.  The other side has a pretty image, like blooming hearts, flowers, or abstract designs.  The charms themselves are tile-shaped and come on either a 24″ silver-plated ball chain-style necklace or a black satin cord (adjustable 18″-20″).  They’re all hand-crafted and come packaged in a pretty sheer organza gift bag, perfect for gift-giving.

I received two different Compliment Charm Necklaces.  Both say “You are Amazing”; one is printed with a chocolate brown and white vine design, and the other is a green and white ivy design (available later this spring).  I love earth tones, so both of them are a thumbs-up for me.  I love the square tile-style, too; it’s on trend right now, and should be for awhile.  The chains were a bit long for me; being a shorty, I would probably choose the adjustable satin cord, or slip it onto a different chain.  The purpose of the long chain is to be able to easily slip it on and off over your head, though, so if that’s a feature you find convenient, the ball chain-style is probably right for you.

I know a few teens (and knew a few when I was a teen myself) that could use a confidence boost, and maybe the affirmation statements on these necklaces could make a difference.  I’m sure that you can think of a lot of folks who would like to be reminded that they are brilliant, amazing, beautiful, etc.

The Compliment Charm Necklaces regularly retail for $15.95; they’re currently on sale for $13.95.  If you’d like to stay on top of other sales, promotions, etc. you can follow them on Twitter and like them on Facebook.

I received two necklaces in order to facilitate my review.  No other compensation was received and all opinions are 100% that of myself and my family.
