Hot Brown Hot Dogs
      - Hot dogs
- Hot dog buns
- Fresh tomatoes, diced
- 1½ T butter
- 1½ T flour
- 1½ cups milk
- ⅛ tsp. ground nutmeg
- ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup freshly grated Gruyere cheese
- ¼ tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
     - Make the Mornay sauce:
- In a small saucepan melt butter over medium-low heat. Whisk in flour.
- Cook for two minutes over medium-low.
- Whisk in milk. Cook additional 2-3 minutes, whisking constantly.
- Remove from heat; add cheese, whisking until smooth.
- Add nutmeg, salt, and pepper and whisk.
- Pour sauce into a small squeeze bottle. Set aside.
- Dice fresh tomatoes. Set aside.
- Grill hot dogs to your personal preference.
- Place hot dog in bun and squeeze sauce over hot dog. Top with diced tomatoes and drizzle with small amount of additional sauce.
- Serve.
