Hot Italian Panini
 
Ingredients
  • 4 thin slices Genoa salami
  • 4 thin slices Hot Capicollo
  • 2 slices ham
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • sliced Hormel pepperoni
  • Italian dressing
  • sourdough roll
Instructions
  1. Preheat panini press or grill plate on high.
  2. Slice sourdough roll in half length-wise.
  3. Brush Italian dressing on both cut sides of the roll.
  4. Layer 2 slices of provolone on one of the rolls.
  5. Top with salami, Capicollo, ham and pepperoni.
  6. Layer 2 slices of provolone on the other roll; place on top of meat.
  7. Once panini press is preheated spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  8. Close press and grill sandwich for 5-7 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bread is toasted.
