Hot Italian Panini
- 4 thin slices Genoa salami
- 4 thin slices Hot Capicollo
- 2 slices ham
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- sliced Hormel pepperoni
- Italian dressing
- sourdough roll
- Preheat panini press or grill plate on high.
- Slice sourdough roll in half length-wise.
- Brush Italian dressing on both cut sides of the roll.
- Layer 2 slices of provolone on one of the rolls.
- Top with salami, Capicollo, ham and pepperoni.
- Layer 2 slices of provolone on the other roll; place on top of meat.
- Once panini press is preheated spray with non-stick cooking spray.
- Close press and grill sandwich for 5-7 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bread is toasted.
