Ingredients
  • 4oz semi-sweet or dark chocolate
  • 4oz white chocolate
  • ½ C pomegranate arils
Instructions
  1. Spray silicone mold with cooking spray; set aside.
  2. Place semi-sweet or dark chocolate in a shallow bowl and melt in the microwave on HIGH power for 1 minute.
  3. Remove and stir; continue to melt in 15-second intervals, if necessary.
  4. Fill molds ⅓-1/2 full, tapping gently to even the chocolate.
  5. Sprinkle with pomegranate arils, pressing down lightly.
  6. Repeat with the white chocolate and remaining pomegranate arils.
