- 4oz semi-sweet or dark chocolate
- 4oz white chocolate
- ½ C pomegranate arils
- Spray silicone mold with cooking spray; set aside.
- Place semi-sweet or dark chocolate in a shallow bowl and melt in the microwave on HIGH power for 1 minute.
- Remove and stir; continue to melt in 15-second intervals, if necessary.
- Fill molds ⅓-1/2 full, tapping gently to even the chocolate.
- Sprinkle with pomegranate arils, pressing down lightly.
- Repeat with the white chocolate and remaining pomegranate arils.
