Parmesan Roasted Asparagus

      - 1 bunch of asparagus, woody ends removed
- Bertolli extra virgin olive oil, for drizzling
- salt and pepper to taste
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
     - Preheat over to 400.
- Remove the woody ends from the asparagus and line them up in a baking sheet.
- Generously drizzle asparagus with EVOO.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Use a little more than you think you need.
- Roast asparagus for 15 minutes, until firm-tender.
- Remove from oven and shake on Parmesan cheese.
- Return to oven and roast an additional 3-5 minutes.
