Homemade Meatballs
Cuisine: Italian
Serves: 4-6
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • ½ C shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 slice white bread, crumbled
  • ½ tsp. garlic salt
  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; mix well, using your hands.
  2. Form meat mixture into 2" balls.
  3. Add uncooked meatballs to spaghetti sauce of choice.
  4. Simmer over medium-low heat for about 30 minutes, turning occasionally, until meatballs are no longer pick in the middle.
  5. Serve over cooked spaghetti.
