Homemade Meatballs

Serves: 4-6
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- ½ C shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 slice white bread, crumbled
- ½ tsp. garlic salt
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; mix well, using your hands.
- Form meat mixture into 2" balls.
- Add uncooked meatballs to spaghetti sauce of choice.
- Simmer over medium-low heat for about 30 minutes, turning occasionally, until meatballs are no longer pick in the middle.
- Serve over cooked spaghetti.
