Savory Cheese Biscuits
  • 2 C biscuit baking mix
  • ½ C shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1½ tsp. dried parsley
  • ⅛ tsp. garlic salt
  • ⅔ C milk
  • 2 T butter, melted
  • ⅛ tsp. garlic powder
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. In a medium bowl combine biscuit mix, cheese, parsley, and garlic salt.
  3. Stir in milk and mix until dough pulls together.
  4. Drop by heaping tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheet.
  5. Bake 10-15 minutes until golden.
  6. Meanwhile combine melted butter and garlic powder in a small bowl.
  7. Remove biscuits from oven; brush melted garlic butter over biscuits.
  8. Return to oven; bake 1 additional minute and remove from oven.
  9. Serve warm.
