Hakuna Matata Taters (Loaded Tater Tots)
- 1 bag frozen tater tots
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- sour cream for dipping (optional)
- Bake tater tots according to package directions.
- Sprinkle with shredded cheese and crumbled bacon.
- Place tots under the broiler for 3-5 minutes, or until cheese is bubbling and melty.
- Serve with sour cream, if desired.
