Fluttershy's Cake Mix Cookies

Ingredients
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup pink sprinkles
  • ¼ cup pink sugar pearls
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray. Set aside.
  3. In a medium bowl, beat together dry cake mix, eggs, and oil until well-blended.
  4. Stir candies into cookie batter.
  5. Drop by a large spoonfuls (I used a cookie scoop) onto prepared baking sheet, about 2" apart.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until center is set.
  7. Let rest on cookie sheet for another 2 minutes, then transfer to a wire cooling rack until completely cool.
