Chocolate Chip Cookie Cups

Serves: 2 dozen cookies
- 1 pouch Betty Crocker Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 48 chocolate candies, unwrapped
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Mix together the chocolate chip cookie mix, butter and egg per the instructions on the package.
- Press cookie dough into mini muffin cups. Use your thumb or a spoon to leave a small indentation in the middle of the cup.
- Bake 9-11 minutes until edges turn golden brown.
- Place one chocolate in the center of the cookie cup; press down. Top with a second chocolate.
- Let cookie cups cool until the chocolates are once again firm to the touch.
- Cookies can be stored in an airtight container for a week or two!
