They’re my go-to potato recipe because they’re easy (mostly hands off), they’re delicious, and so versatile. They get so pillowy soft inside with a nice little crunch on the bottom. My typical way of preparing them is butter, parm, crushed red pepper. I have tried it with garlic powder (fresh garlic would definitely burn at such a high heat for so long), and herbs like thyme and rosemary. I’m dying to try them with a little bit of ranch seasoning or Good Seasons Italian dressing seasoning mix.
