I have been thinking of trying Pompeian Grapeseed Oil for a while now. I’m glad I read your post, because there is a lot of information I needed to know for baking purposes. I’m definitely printing the coupon and grabbing some this week.

That’s one of the things I loved, too, Tammilee! I worry, too, about scorching the oil or getting that yucky burn smell in the house when I’m frying.

I can’t wait to try this oil! I love that it has a high heat point. I am always worried that I am going to scorch oil.

Welp, banana bread will now be made this week. That and pumpkin after seeing this post. And while I am getting the ingredients I am going to look for the grapeseed oil. I have never heard of this and I love the sound of it.

I’m not sure what I’d make with it, that would depend on the flavor of it. I’ve never seen or tried grapeseed oil, and only just heard about it this week.
