Yes, we packed every minute pretty darn full I was lucky that my BFF drove all the way down from Fort Fairfield to attend my Gram’s b-day party so I could see her. I love the coast, too – I usually went to Acadia 2-3 times per summer when I was still living there. So nice!

Wow, sounds like you were really busy while you were here! Love the pics, your daughter is so adorable! My favorite part of living in Maine is visiting the coast in the summertime. It’s something I have done since I was a child. I find it to be so relaxing. The ocean views are just incredible!

The woods are beautiful, but mosquitoes live there! Though I do miss all the beautiful, vibrant leaves in the fall.

We’ve been to Maine several times. My parents used to own property there for summer visits. I love the woods but the lobster is a close second.

That’s awesome, Miranda! Nice to “know” another Mainer. If you do head to Northern Maine, seriously stop at The Rusty Crab. It’s tiny, but most of the best places in Maine where I’ve gotten excellent clams are tiny little off-the-road places.
