		<description><![CDATA[That&#039;s amazing about the bagel...I typically purchase the &quot;mini&quot; bagels because I find the &quot;standard&quot; size just too much to eat.

You may want to set a reminder on your phone to let you know you need to make your shake. I have reminders set for all sorts of things, it really helps me stay on track.

I need to lose a few pounds, so I&#039;ll be going back to menu planning. I did it faithfully for nearly a year, then my husband accepted a position w/lots of travel - so I&#039;ve been winging it for the last two months. And, I can see it on the scale and by the way my clothes fit. I&#039;ll be adding lots of veggies back onto the table - and now that the weather is getting nicer we&#039;ll be able to walk more! YAY for exercise!
